Begin your day at the lavish breakfast buffet in the airy, light-filled restaurant or on the terrace. Along with artisanal bread from our own baker, free-range eggs, yoghurt and cereals, you can also enjoy the traditional Munich speciality, delicious Weißwurst sausages.
Lemon and olive trees make a leafy backdrop for a business lunch of tapas or a Caesar salad. After a stroll with the family through the lush parks at nearby Nymphenburg Palace or the Hirschgarten, round off the day with a rump steak, some schnitzels or gourmet burgers. There’s also a kids’ menu for the youngsters.
You can also choose from a selection of exclusive snacks, the GourmetBar’s speciality: San Daniele prosciutto and salami, Black Label smoked salmon and fresh, homemade bread. Take them away as provisions for your journey, or as a luscious souvenir.
Feel like some exercise before your meal? You can head over to our modern fitness centre or try out the unique “ping pong halfpipe” right in the GourmetBar. While you’re testing your skills on the cylindrical table, the youngsters can rack up points on the Xbox in the kids’ corner.

The Master Baker
At Novotel München City Arnulfpark you’ll love our homemade bread at the breakfast buffet, and as an accompaniment to gourmet cold meats at the GourmetBar. Mike Fischer reveals the secret of a perfect crust:
“As a passionate baker, I love being able to spoil my guests with my bread specialities. On my search for the best varieties of flour, I came across what I was looking for in France. The Grands Moulins de Paris has been producing flours with outstanding flavour and unforgettable crusts since 1919. My dough needs time to develop – it can take up to 48 hours before it’s allowed into the oven. I hope you enjoy the fruits of my craftsmanship.”
